About us

Welcome to FCADP! We are a France-based organization dedicated to ending the death penalty in the United States. We recognize that the journey between conviction and execution is fraught with challenges, and we are committed to being there for individuals on death row every step of the way. Beyond mere condemnation and execution, there is a difficult path that individuals face, and we aim to provide support and assistance at every stage of their lives. Upholding human rights principles, we offer legal assistance, advocacy, and support to navigate the complexities of the legal system, as well as emotional and practical support to alleviate the burdens faced by inmates and their families. At FCADP, we believe in standing alongside those on death row, offering compassion, solidarity, and hope in the face of adversity. Join us as we strive to create a more just and humane society, where the inherent dignity of every individual is respected and upheld.

When and Why ?

FCADP was founded in February 2020, driven by the passion of a death row inmate for reform and improvement of conditions, along with an anti-death penalty advocate. Our organization was born out of a shared commitment to justice, compassion, and the belief in the potential for positive change, even within the confines of the criminal justice system.

What sets FCADP apart is our dedication to working extensively in direct contact with inmates. We understand the importance of providing support and advocacy on a personal level, recognizing the unique challenges and struggles faced by individuals on death row. By engaging directly with inmates, we can better understand their needs, provide tailored assistance, and amplify their voices in the fight against the death penalty.

Our organization is founded on the belief that every person, regardless of their circumstances, deserves dignity, respect, and the opportunity for redemption. Through our direct engagement with inmates, we strive to uphold these principles and work towards a more just and humane system of justice for all.
