What is FCADP Administrative Assistance ?
At FCADP, we offer comprehensive legal assistance to death row inmates, addressing a range of needs and challenges they face. Our services are designed to provide robust support at every stage of their journey. Here's how we can help:
I. Administrative Support: We assist death row inmates in writing letters to administrative authorities and help resolve disputes with vendors like JPAY/Securus, Aramark... This includes filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or directly communicating with the companies to address issues effectively.
II. Research and External Problem Assistance: Our team can conduct research and provide assistance to inmates dealing with external administrative problems or questions. This includes issues related to family matters, insurance companies, and other external entities. We ensure that inmates have the necessary information and support to navigate these challenges.
III. Collective Assistance: We offer collective assistance for processes involving multiple inmates. For example, during the filing for "CARES ACT" stimulus checks, we provided forms, detailed instructions, and follow-up support for each inmate. We also assist in preparing and filing collective complaints, ensuring that all participants are well-informed and supported throughout the process.
What We Cannot Do:
Without an official Power of Attorney, we are unable to search for or access personal fiscal and/or medical data of inmates. Inmates must complete the necessary official documents to authorize us to perform these searches. Depending on the request, several types of Power of Attorney may be required.
