What is FCADP Legal Assistance ?
FCADP offers comprehensive legal assistance to death row inmates through various specialized services:
I. Wrongful Conviction Cases: We support death row inmates who believe they have been wrongfully convicted. Our legal team meticulously studies their cases, compiles detailed files, and submits them to innocence projects and other legal entities to seek direct assistance. Additionally, we harness the power of social media to publish information and petitions, aiming to attract influential figures who can offer significant media and legal support. Inmates can also participate in our "WRONGFUL CONVICTION MONDAY" program, which highlights wrongful conviction cases on social networks and other media platforms.
II. Self-Representation Cases: For inmates who choose to represent themselves, our legal team provides essential support in drafting, proofreading, and digitally writing necessary documents. We also assist in connecting these inmates with competent lawyers when needed, ensuring they have access to professional legal advice and representation.
III. ADA Complaints and Prison Issues: Our legal team assists inmates facing issues related to ADA complaints, mistreatment, or problems with prison administration. We help compile necessary documentation, facilitate contact with relevant authorities, and provide continuous support throughout the complaint process to ensure the inmates' rights are upheld.
To Go Further:
Our current project involves creating a network with American law professors, enabling our legal team to collaborate with American students and lawyers. This initiative aims to enhance our capacity to provide in-depth assistance and representation, leveraging academic and professional expertise to better support our mission.
